jiliwvo Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jiliwvo", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the jiliwvo platform, its operators, and affiliated entities operating at jiliwvo.net.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jiliwvo platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the jiliwvo website accessible at https://jiliwvo.net, including all games, features, services, and content available therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a player upon successful completion of the jiliwvo registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a player into their jiliwvo account using an accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits issued by jiliwvo to a player's account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating and licensing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a player's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.

By accessing the jiliwvo platform, creating a player account, or making use of any service offered by jiliwvo — including but not limited to playing games, claiming bonuses, making deposits, or contacting customer support — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jiliwvo's Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the jiliwvo platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account with jiliwvo, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming operations in the Philippines. jiliwvo does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, play, or otherwise participate on the platform.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, except where jiliwvo has expressly extended service availability to additional jurisdictions.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jiliwvo or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through jiliwvo's tools or mandated by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. jiliwvo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where false or misleading registration details are discovered.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity documents, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jiliwvo employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates will be permanently suspended and any balances therein forfeited.

jiliwvo is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds, and at any time deemed necessary by jiliwvo's compliance team.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or equivalent).
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, barangay clearance, or equivalent document showing your name and residential address).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name).
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes or withdrawal amounts trigger enhanced due diligence requirements.

jiliwvo reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict gameplay, or close an account pending successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in permanent account closure and, where legally required, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed and stored in accordance with the jiliwvo Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

Deposits. jiliwvo accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform's cashier page, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jiliwvo does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable KYC verification requirements. jiliwvo reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: typically within 1–24 hours of approval.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): typically within 1–3 business days of approval.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT): typically within 1–12 hours of approval, subject to network conditions.

Anti-Money Laundering. jiliwvo is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) and its implementing rules. Funds deposited into a jiliwvo account must be derived from lawful sources. jiliwvo reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawals, freeze account balances, and report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where legally required.

jiliwvo offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each individual promotion. jiliwvo reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be used within 30 days of issuance, after which they will expire and be removed from the player's account.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or zero, as specified per promotion.
• jiliwvo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after acceptance, any wagering already completed will be taken into account.
• Players who jiliwvo determines have exploited bonus terms in bad faith — including through arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided.

Players may review their current bonus status, wagering progress, and bonus expiry dates within their jiliwvo account dashboard at any time.

All games available on the jiliwvo platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and are governed by the rules of the individual game as documented within the game interface. By placing a bet on any jiliwvo game, you agree to the applicable game rules.

The following general gameplay rules apply across the jiliwvo platform:

• All bets placed and accepted are final. jiliwvo does not cancel or void bets except in cases where a technical malfunction has demonstrably affected the outcome of a game round.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the round will be completed by the game server in accordance with the game's outcome algorithm. jiliwvo is not liable for network disruptions on the player's side.
• jiliwvo reserves the right to void any game round, bet, or win that results from a software malfunction, error in displayed odds, or any other technical error. Players will be notified and any affected stakes refunded.
• The use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the jiliwvo platform in a manner not intended for human players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface. jiliwvo may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliwvo platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity, including proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other players, game providers, or jiliwvo staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using third-party software, bots, AI systems, or other automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or promotional loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the player's account reviewed.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or deliberate loss of funds to another player.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit made to jiliwvo through your payment provider without first raising a dispute through jiliwvo's customer support process.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward jiliwvo staff or other players via any communication channel.

jiliwvo is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

jiliwvo makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players at no cost through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications alert players after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications display the amount wagered and the time elapsed during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and the player may not access any jiliwvo services.

jiliwvo also reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where our team identifies indicators of problem gambling behavior, including but not limited to unusually high deposit frequency, rapid loss of large sums, or requests to override self-imposed limits.

All content on the jiliwvo platform — including but not limited to the jiliwvo name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, graphics, user interface elements, software, game content, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jiliwvo or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiliwvo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any jiliwvo content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any jiliwvo software.
• Using the jiliwvo name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written authorisation.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the jiliwvo platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of jiliwvo's intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliwvo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jiliwvo platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of jiliwvo services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any services thereon, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or any other cause.
• Any actions taken by jiliwvo in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension, fund holds pending KYC, or voiding of bets following technical errors.
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

The jiliwvo platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jiliwvo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

jiliwvo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.

By registering a jiliwvo account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where applicable, marketing communications.

Players may exercise their rights as data subjects — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data — by contacting jiliwvo's Data Privacy Officer at the email address listed in the Contact Us section of this page and in the Privacy Policy.

jiliwvo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, jiliwvo will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the email address registered on the player's account, providing a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the revised Terms take effect.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the jiliwvo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiliwvo platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting jiliwvo's customer support team. jiliwvo aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within five (5) business days and resolve them within thirty (30) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms applicable to licensed online gaming operators. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
